Skills:
Positive attitude, Problem-solving, Project lifecycle management Develop and manage the project timeline and detailed workplan (e.g., recruitment, program design, training, events). Coordinate between different departments (marketing, training, app development) to ensure smooth execution of project deliverables. Monitor progress against KPIs and provide regular updates to the Project Director and key stakeholders. Proactively manage risks and ensure contingency plans are in place to address potential challenges. Oversee staff onboarding and ensure team members are aligned with their roles and responsibilities. Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 3-5 years of experience in project management or operations, preferably in community-focused projects. Strong leadership and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and teams effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders and team members. Proficiency in project management tools and software.
