In this role, you will: Lead and provide guidance to developers based in Hong Kong Collaborate with business and quant teams to define and shape product strategy Develop deep functional and technical understanding of existing Algo strategies and Analytics Analyze problems and identify opportunities for improvements in Algo strategies Work closely with Cash Equities business quants and coverage in a fast-paced front office environment Contribute to a technical team focused on using technology to meet client needs Drive continuous improvement and advancement of the technical platform You might thrive in this role if you have: A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics, or a related field.10+ years’ strong development experience within capital markets with extensive exposure to electronic and algorithmic trading strategies C# server-side development (or Java experience but willing to work in C#)Experience with market micro-structure in Asia or other markets Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights. #J-18808-Ljbffr
