Our client is a leading fintech company looking for an Employee Engagement Manager to join their expanding Global People team, dedicated to developing strategies for enhancing employee experiences and boosting organisational performance to improve employee satisfaction, retention, and overall success. The individual contributor will be expected to: Develop and execute engaging programs aligned with organizational goals, measuring results and driving innovation. Promote transparent communication and celebrate employee achievements through recognition initiatives. Coordinate diverse wellness programs supporting physical and mental health, ensuring inclusivity and consistency. Implement strategies for workplace diversity and inclusivity, fostering a dynamic and enjoyable environment. Organise teambuilding events and social gatherings to strengthen relationships and team cohesion. Conduct employee surveys, analyse feedback for improvement, and drive stakeholder buy-in for effective changes. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field; advanced HR employee engagement certifications a plus. Proactive, agile, innovative and creative in designing engaging programs for employees. Highly energetic and excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships at all organizational levels. Empathetic towards employee concerns and well-being. Thoughtful and organised, skilled in project management for program execution and evaluation. Proficient in data analysis for survey interpretation and data-driven recommendations. Knowledge of change management principles for maintaining engagement during transitions. Ability to deal with ambiguity and perform under stress and time constraint. Fluent in verbal English, Mandarin and Cantonese, written English and Chinese.
