Java/C# Developer - Open to Fresh Graduates!Job Description:Key Responsibilities
Develop, enhance, and maintain Wealth Management applications using Core Java and/or C# .NET.
Support the system revamp initiative, including migration, consolidation, and integration work.
Work closely with senior developers and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
Participate in debugging, testing, deployment, and production support tasks.
Assist in improving system performance, scalability, and reliability.
Operate primarily in an on-premises environment, with potential upgrades to newer Java versions.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related discipline.
0 - 6years hands-on experience in Java or C# development.
Fresh Graduates who have C# or Java background are welcomed
Solid understanding of OOP, data structures, and software engineering fundamentals.
Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Mandarin proficiency is a strong advantage.
Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience in banking, wealth management, or financial systems.
Familiarity with microservices, REST APIs, or frontend technologies.
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) is beneficial but not required.
