Join our team as an Assistant Manager, Service Management and play a vital role in ensuring the stability and efficiency of our IT services. This position focuses on change management, incident analysis, problem records tracking and contributing to a proactive service environment.
What You Will Do
Assess the impact of change requests and schedule weekly CAB meetings
Coordinate post-implementation reviews for incidents resulting from changes
Prepare and deliver management reports, analyzing incident ticket trends to inform service improvements
Fulfill ad-hoc duties as assigned by management
What We Expect From You
Diploma or above in Computer Science or other IT related disciplines
Minimum 3-5 years of IT Operations and IT Service Management experience, particularly in Service Desk, Problem Management and Change Management
Ideally with at least 1-2 years of people management experience
Good problem solving and excel skills such as doing data analysis and pivot table
Possess ITIL 3 or 4, and/or other ITSM certifications would have an advantage
Knowledgeable in IT Infrastructure and familiar with ServiceNow is advantageous
Fluent in Cantonese and English is a must; Fair in Mandarin is a plus
