Digital Strategy Consultant
who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in both digital transformation and go-to-market projects—advising ambitious clients while also working hands-on with the leadership teams of our portfolio companies. Unlike traditional consultancy roles, this opportunity blends strategic insight with real operational exposure inside high-performing and high-growth ventures. Key Responsibilities Identify client or portfolio company challenges, define business requirements, and design innovative, tech-driven solutions to unlock growth. Shape and support digital transformation and digital marketing roadmaps—balancing short-term wins with long-term vision. Deliver clear, concise, and compelling strategic recommendations, backed by robust analysis and best practices. Stay ahead of emerging technologies, translating complex innovations into actionable business use cases. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact outcomes for clients and ventures. Build and maintain high-quality, reusable consulting assets and frameworks. Contribute to pre-sales and business development efforts, including proposals and presentations. Act as an ambassador —sharing knowledge, mentoring peers, and seeking continuous personal growth. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university is required; a master's degree (e.g., MBA, MSc) is a strong plus. 1–3 years of experience in strategy consulting or a digital agency is preferred—but motivated fresh graduates with strong analytical and communication skills are also encouraged to apply. Exposure to Salesforce tools (Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud) is an advantage. Passion for digital innovation, startup growth, and frontier technologies like AI, blockchain, and Web3. Highly analytical, adaptable, and intellectually curious. Strong communication and storytelling skills—able to distil complex ideas for diverse stakeholders. Self-starter mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and work independently. Fluent/native in English; fluency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin is highly preferred.
