About the Role: Adcore is seeking a passionate Assistant Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing digital marketing team as part of the agency in the Hong Kong office. You will be managing the online marketing activities of the agency's clients, hands-on building and implementing marketing strategies and optimizing the client's business goals and KPIs. What You'll Be Doing: Manage Search Engine Marketing (SEM) projects, including client relations, performance analysis, market analysis, hands-on campaign development, testing, and reporting. Performance-driven digital marketing campaign management experience in the e Commerce industry is preferred. Analyze client websites and provide well-defined strategies to improve site performance and ROAS. Provide recommendations and develop a strategy for PPC campaigns on different platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, etc. Manage day-to-day client relationships with clients globally. Desired Skills and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree - Required English & Mandarin - Fluent (speaking and writing) – *Required* (Other languages – an advantage)Digital Marketing Experience – Over 2 Years Highly motivated and goal-driven, with a willingness to work for an agency. Strong analytical skills and the ability to draw conclusions and determine strategies based on data. Customer service orientation and the ability to form lasting customer relationships. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
