RNA Sequencing Analysis: Analyze and interpret RNA sequencing data, including differential gene expression analysis, pathway analysis, and identification of potential biomarkers. Genetic Circuit Design: Apply algorithms and computational modelling to design and optimize genetic circuits for various applications. Data Integration: Integrate diverse biological datasets to derive meaningful insights, including the integration of omics data, network analysis, and regulatory element prediction. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams, including biologists, engineers, and data scientists, to drive research projects and product development. Bioinformatics Pipeline Development: Design, implement, and maintain scalable and reproducible bioinformatics workflows for various research and development projects. Continuous Learning: Keep abreast of the latest advancements in AI, bioinformatics, and synthetic biology to identify opportunities for innovation within the company. Qualifications:
Ph.D. in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Computer Science, or a related field. Proficiency in at least one programming language commonly used in bioinformatics, such as Python and R. Familiarity with relevant databases and tools in bioinformatics and synthetic biology. Previous work in the field of synthetic biology or molecular biology. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment. Fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese. How to Apply:
