Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose end-user desktop issues and provide step-by-step support, ensuring swift resolution of technical issues.
Provide support and troubleshooting for Windows OS, Outlook mail, Anti-virus, MS-Office Applications, Bloomberg, and Voice and Video conferencing systems.
Execute daily routine tasks, including system backup preparation.
Oversee IT inventory and manage the procurement of software, hardware, and equipment.
Administer hardware and software, ensuring adherence to IT operational procedures.
Contribute to the implementation of various ad-hoc projects as required.
Requirements:
Prior experience in an end-user support role.
Strong experience providing end-user support in a Windows environment.
Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, networks, and operating systems.
Technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems quickly.
Patience and excellent customer service skills.
Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Open to fresh graduates or candidates with up to 5 years of experience.
