Sales pipeline, revenue forecasting, revenue reporting, sales productivity and goal attainment Monthly/quarterly/annual executive reports Presentation preparation related to analysis activities Regular interaction with Finance team for synchronization of finance and sales data Assist with sales operations activities associated with Salesforce.com Sales CRM/CLM system Respond to and support regional Sales VPs and their teams on report generation for revenue information Ad hoc projects representing Sales for process improvement/automation Database maintenance Job Requirements BS or BA degree or equivalent experience 5+ years related experience in financial analysis/preparation Proven excellent Excel, Access, PowerPoint skills required to build comprehensive, professional documents Demonstrated analytical, project management, organization, and planning skills, including the ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously General knowledge of standard sales process and techniques Ability to work independently under deadline pressure which will involve overtime and changing priorities Ability to analyze and interpret a situation towards solution recommendation Demonstrated interpersonal and leadership skills to meet team objectives Ability to communicate with international/intercultural audience in mind Excellent in spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese)
