Responsibilities: Develop and execute the overall product strategy and roadmap for the asset management department, including notes, structure notes, equity products (both private and public), fixed income, and alternatives product positioning, feature enhancements, and market expansion. Design and launch new fund products mentioned above, ensuring alignment with market demand and regulatory requirements. Monitor and analyze product performance, market trends, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive product enhancements. Identify new product opportunities, including but not limited to investment advisor opportunities and co-investment managers. Provide product training to internal stakeholders and external partners. Prepare client pitching books and interact with investors on products. Participate in investment solutions to provide a high-quality handbook for professional investors such as family offices, capital investment immigrants, high-net-worth individuals, etc. Qualifications: Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Proven experience in full life-cycle product management, including but not limited to private funds, discretionary accounts, and structured products. Good understanding of market dynamics, regulatory requirements, and competitive landscape. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute product strategies, from concept to launch and ongoing management. Capable of bridging and bringing in new opportunities and potential products from the market. Prefer postgraduate with 3-5 years of experience but not limited.
