Business Analyst - SAP SuccessFactors (Flexi Working Model) (A025542) Hong Kong
Our client is a leading enterprise in the engineering industry, renowned for its impressive track record in cutting-edge technology. The team is on the lookout for a Business Analyst to spearhead the end-to-end system implementation and support of SAP SuccessFactors. Key Responsibilities: Participate in all project phases related to SuccessFactors: planning, designing, development, configuration, integration, testing, deployment, and support. Drive or join requirements discussions and workshops, and perform fit-gap analysis specific to SuccessFactors functionalities. Conduct user training and configure SuccessFactors prototypes to meet business needs. Collaborate with key users, IT teams, and vendors to optimize processes and implement SuccessFactors changes. Plan and execute system testing and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for SuccessFactors. Provide Tier 2 support for SuccessFactors, manage related projects, and mitigate risks to ensure smooth execution. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline. Proven expertise in all aspects of SuccessFactors HCM implementation, including requirements gathering, fit/gap analysis, functional design development, user acceptance testing, training, and deployment. Extensive experience in collaborating with clients on requirements and business process definition, software development/systems integration, and application support. Demonstrated proficiency in managing the end-to-end system development lifecycle (SDLC). SAP Certification in SuccessFactors Modules (e.g., EC, EC payroll, RCM, ONB, LMS, PMGM, Succession, CDP, Compensation) is highly desirable. Project Management experience is an added advantage.
