Job Description Provide technical support during the sales process in collaboration with the sales team. Provide after sales support service including implementation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting. Conduct solution demonstrations according to customer requirements. Provide training for team members and customers, if necessary. Liaise and coordinate with vendors and customers whenever necessary during project implementation and/or sales cycle. Job Requirements Degree holder or above in Information Technology or equivalent. At least 1 year relevant working experience as a technical support engineer in networking and/or wireless. Knowledge in HTML, SQL, and IP networking. Presentable with excellent communication skills, aggressive, responsible, self-motivated, and a good team player. Able to work independently without supervision. Both in-house, on-job, and vendor training will be provided.
