We are currently seeking a proactive and experienced Bancassurance Partnership Manager to join our team and manage key bank accounts, driving growth and enhancing partnerships. Position Overview: The Bancassurance Partnership Manager will be responsible for stepping up to manage and service bank accounts effectively. This role involves collaborating closely with bank heads to develop and grow partnerships, leveraging digital platforms and innovative strategies. Key Responsibilities: Manage and nurture relationships with key bank accounts to maximize business opportunities. Collaborate with bank leadership to develop strategic plans that drive growth in bancassurance products. Identify opportunities to enhance partnership performance through digital platforms and innovative solutions. Provide exceptional service to bank partners, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. Conduct regular meetings and presentations with bank stakeholders to discuss performance, opportunities, and strategies. Analyze market trends and feedback to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs. Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives. Monitor performance metrics and report on progress to senior management. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Proven experience in bancassurance or insurance partnership management. Strong understanding of digital platforms and their application. Excellent relationship management and communication skills. Ability to think strategically and drive initiatives that lead to business growth. Proactive and results-oriented with a strong ability to influence stakeholders. Experience in conducting presentations and leading discussions with senior management.
