Report to GMM, responsible for analysing business trend, forecast and buying data analysis for APAC market. Work closely with global demand planning and merchandising teams. Job Duties: Work with finance and regional merchandising team, to plan and set the PO budget for APAC market by analysing market demand, sales forecasts and financial targets. Performing analysis and tracking of forecast versus budget, analyzing business trends, and making recommendations to maximize sales and achieve planned targets at the SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) level. Plan and analyse inventory health and identify optimization opportunities to enhance inventory effectiveness. Discuss product performance to the merchandising and business planning team at relevant game plan checkpoints, ensuring that the latest results are incorporated into future season requirements and stock/sales models. Implementing strategies and identifying gaps to optimize sales performance and align with the overall business plan. Regularly communicate updates and data driven reports to relevant stakeholders regarding PO status, budget utilization, sales, purchase, and sell-through data and forecasted buying analysis. This includes creating and maintaining reports as required by the team, as well as preparing management reports for ad hoc projects. Review purchase forecast and monitor key merch KPIs, such as efficiency and adoption and identify opportunities for improvement. Job Requirements: Degree holder in merchandising/apparel or any related qualifications. APAC regional exposure is a must. At least 5 years working experience in merchandising planning/buying analysis. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with demand planners, merchandisers, and global teams. Strong analytical & excel skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and trends. A strong team player on collaborative and teamwork. Able to adapt changes in planning and analysis forums.
