• To maintain application systems and websites to provide high system availability. • To design and develop application systems - to attain detailed knowledge of the business knowledge and apply system design techniques and to assign tasks according to priority. • To supervise team members - to guide team members to keep improving their technical skills and business knowledge and to train up team members with more system design and analysis skills. • To provide prompt support and effective communications with stakeholders and to maintain a high level of customer service/user satisfaction. • To enforce development practices and technical standards, meeting cyber security standards. Job Requirements: • Minimum 10 years relevant working experience. • Good skills in leading a development team of software engineers. • Experience in web/mobile application implementation on various platforms and good at managing projects of different scales. • Proven skills in project management of various scales. • Ability to communicate clearly with a broad range of stakeholders and coordinate delivery within a team environment. • Good technical skills and ability to assist team members in overcoming obstacles. • Strong SA&D skills to design systems and understand complex logic. • Knowledge in web application development on PHP, MS.Net environment with C# and Visual Studio.
