Responsibilities: Prepare budget estimate and coordinate with client and sub-contractors Participate in various HVAC system upgrading or alternation projects Prepare maintenance strategies and task plans to create an effective site preventive maintenance program Continuously improve the site maintenance program by applying principles and methods of Reliability Centered Maintenance Lead investigation and problem-solving teams. Track progress through resolution and completion of action plans Establish and manage incident review and escalation processes Maintains budgets and expenses to achieve cost control Maintains complete and accurate records of all work performed Interacting with clients, interpreting their needs and requirements Participate in the daily project meeting with the customer and prepare relevant documents Requirements: Higher Diploma holder or above in Building Services or Mechanical Engineering2 years or above in same industry experiences Proactive, responsible, professional, courteous, good communication skills and good team player Immediately available is an advantage #J-18808-Ljbffr
