Salary: HKD50000 - HKD65000 per month + Discretionary Bonus Role summary You will utilise your expertise in underwriting to represent the department in order to provide operation services to sales channels and other departments. Your Roles: Provide professional and high-quality operation services to sales channels and other operational departments. Build partnership relationships with agencies through cooperation. Provide solutions to agencies in a timely manner and resolve issues with flexible approaches. Participate in tailored training programs for each district. Analyse enquiry patterns through Business Partner service to tackle challenges and close service gaps within channels, boost STP rates, reduce pending ratios, and improve operational efficiency. Underwrite large and complicated applications within agreed turnaround times. Support new initiatives for regulatory requirement updates, enhance system automation and STP, and develop sufficient validation rules. Perform routine duties and ensure turnaround times are met with agreed standards. Your requirements: Bachelor’s degree with 6-8 years of experience, including at least 3 years at a supervisory level OR Form 5 graduate plus 8-10 years of related experience with at least 5 years at a supervisory level. Underwriting knowledge in life insurance. Good leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Assistant Manager level.
