We are looking to hire for one of our ecosystem projects. Our client, a leading digital assets ecosystem globally, is in search of a Product Lead of DEX. In this role, you will: Oversee and manage the entire product life cycle, developing and tracking key data analysis metrics. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, using data-driven insights to guide product decisions and optimizations of product performance. Manage the process of research and design for the DEX aggregator, ensuring clear and comprehensive PRDs, associated documentation and prototypes. Communicate product plans, progress, and results to internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the development process. Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, user needs, and competitive landscape, translating findings into actionable insights. You might thrive in this role if you have: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with 3+ years of professional product management experience. Excellent analytical skills, with experience in data-driven decision-making; strong project management abilities and mentality of ownership. Familiarity with strategies for user growth, and a comprehensive understanding of Web3 and De Fi ecosystems. Solid experience with web3, De Fi, swap, and bridge technologies, with a preference for candidates who have actively engaged with the De Fi ecosystem.
