Product Manager/Director (Payments) About Us: We are a cutting-edge Web3 payment company revolutionizing the way businesses and consumers transact. Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Product Director to lead our payments product strategy and execution.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payment systems, particularly with Visa and Mastercard,
and a passion for driving innovation in the Web3 space. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement products that enhance our payment offerings. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute the product strategy for our payments portfolio, aligning with business goals and market demands. Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and ongoing optimization. Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and compliance teams to ensure successful product delivery. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the payments landscape. Build and maintain relationships with key partners, including payment networks and crypto platforms. Utilize customer feedback and data analytics to drive product improvements and enhancements. Mentor and lead a team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on payments and financial services. Proven experience working with Visa and Mastercard payment systems. Familiarity with blockchain technology and Web3 concepts; crypto experience is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data for decision-making. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a track record of cross-functional collaboration. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
