As part of the North Asia Operations & Payment Team Daily processing of cash/cheque payment and remittance that calls for liaison with internal/external counterparts across the region Resolve any transaction issues on a timely basis and ensure fulfilment of regulatory requirements Support procedural review and system automation projects to cater for regulatory changes Requirements
Degree holder with 3 years+ steady employment record with relevant payment operations and transaction experience earned from an international bank Knowledge of RTGS and Swift is highly desirable Passion to work with international banking Prior experience in conducting UAT and system enhancement projects Additional Responsibilities
As the deputy team leader, oversee daily in/out cash/cheque payment that calls for liaison with internal/external counterparts across the region Key stakeholder to drive periodic procedural review and system automation to support regulatory and new product changes Ensure quality corporate administrative support to front office private bankers and sales assistants Ensure timely deliverables to ensure fulfilment of regulatory and corporate governance by working closely with front office, operations, and compliance/risk departments Active participation in continuous process/system enhancement to cater for innovation, new markets/products initiatives Client Management
Oversight of Client Account Documentation, Client life cycle, and Static Data management Serve as the case manager/subject matter expert from client onboarding & periodic review by ensuring the fulfilment of compliance/regulatory/FATCA Tax related requirements Drive and streamline processes to maximize quality deliverables
