Work with Sales Team and provide pre-sales information system (IS) support by formulating IS costing, developing IS questionnaires, leading IS related sales presentations and designing integrated solutions to meet customers’ e-Commerce, networking and infrastructure requirements. Participate in customers' RFI / RFQ. Develop project plan and lead customer IS solution implementation by specifying EDI/API/e-Commerce requirements, setting up IS infrastructure and managing go-live process. Provide post-sales IS support by conducting ongoing evaluations and recommending improvement plans, and resolving Customer Interface issues. Coordinate with global and regional Customer IT Integration teams on updated Customer solutions/e-Tools and continuous process improvement. Job Requirements
Degree holder in Information Technology or related disciplines. At least 5 years’ customer facing IT experience, preferably in logistics/ transportation industry or multinational companies. Strong technical background in electronic data interchange (EDI) and Application Interface (API) technology. Excellent communications skills and good knowledge on market trends of IT Technology. Customer focused and good influencing skills. Strong project management and analytical skills. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin). Proficient PC skills in software and applications.
