Department: Human Resources Schedule: Full Time, 3 month contract with option to turn into Full Time Employee Reports to: Senior HR Manager (US-based) We are seeking a KPI-driven Human Resources Recruiter to support our recruitment needs for our China office and occasionally assist with US hiring. This role will be responsible for job posting, sourcing, and screening candidates, and must be well-versed in Shenzhen employment contracts and local labor laws. Fluent English communication is a must. Post job advertisements on local and international job platforms Source candidates using online platforms, social media, and internal databases Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews Coordinate interview schedules and provide timely follow-ups Assist in drafting employment contracts aligned with Shenzhen labor laws Maintain updated knowledge of HR policies and legal compliance in China Occasionally support US-based recruitment needs in coordination with the US HR Manager Any other duties as needed Knowledge of how payroll works in China Create and maintain employee handbook and HR-related documents Minimum Requirements: 2+ years of experience in recruiting or HR in China Familiar with Shenzhen labor laws and employment contracts Fluent in English and Mandarin (written & verbal) Strong organizational skills and a proactive attitude Please submit your English resume and a brief introduction to your recruitment experience.
