Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth, build strategic partnerships, and expand our client base. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of regulatory affairs and experience in business development within the healthcare, life sciences, or regulatory industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to achieve sales targets and company growth objectives.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in medical device, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and food supplement sectors.
Establish and maintain relationships with potential clients, regulatory agencies, and industry stakeholders.
Lead client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure contracts and partnerships.
Stay updated on global regulatory trends and market dynamics to provide insights to clients.
Work closely with internal teams (regulatory experts, marketing, and operations) to develop tailored solutions for clients.
Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
Prepare business proposals, sales reports, and market analysis to track progress and optimize strategies.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Regulatory Affairs, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or consulting in the regulatory, medical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sector.
Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks such as UK MDR, EU MDR, FDA, MHRA, or other global regulatory requirements.
Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and meet revenue targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and business intelligence software.
