Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic IT professional to join our Finance & HR Systems team as a Systems Analyst. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development, implementation and production support of our corporate systems, following the system development life cycle. Job Duties: Responsibilities:
Carry out duties within the system development life cycle, including requirement gathering, design, development, testing and production deployment, in accordance with IT development standards, guidelines and company-wide policies. Coordinate with vendors to provide timely and effective BAU system support and address any security vulnerabilities. Liaise with teams across IT division, business users and external vendors to facilitate smooth collaboration and communication. Perform quality reviews on technical designs, code changes and deliverables. Adhere to standards and guidelines on application development throughout the development life cycle.
Requirements:
Degree in Computer Science, IT or related disciplines. Minimum 8 years of IT work experience in system development and support for both package and in-house developed systems. Extensive hands-on development experience using Java, Java Script and Microsoft development framework & tools such as SQL Server and. NET programming. Knowledge on RHEL and Microsoft Windows platform. Proficiency in SDLC methodology and documentation. Good understanding of cyber security and technology risks. Strong business domain knowledge on corporate functions such as Finance, Treasury, Procurement and HR would be an added advantage. Knowledge on Oracle EBS & Hyperion would be an added advantage. Experience in cloud platform setup, implementation & administration is a plus. Strong analytical, problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills.
