Responsibilities Lead the strategic direction and execution of all organizational marketing initiatives, representing the company's values and maintaining consistent brand identity across all touchpoints. Foster sound relationships with key business partners, vendors, and media outlets to maximize marketing reach and build up global brand awareness. Plan and manage marketing budgets, allocating resources effectively to optimize ROI, enhance market share, and brand awareness. Define brand positioning, articulate, and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with the company's business objectives by performing comprehensive market and competitor analysis, leading and mentoring a team of marketing professionals, and overseeing the creation of captivating marketing collaterals, executing comprehensive marketing campaigns, and optimizing multi-channel marketing efforts to reach target audiences effectively. Lead, manage, and build an outstanding marketing team by providing guidance, feedback, and support to drive excellence in marketing execution and to ensure the marketing team delivers effective campaigns to generate leads, increase brand awareness, and drive sales growth and operational excellence. Curate pricing strategies that maximize profitability while remaining competitive in the marketplace. Lead strategic partnerships and collaborations with external agencies, vendors, and influencers to amplify brand reach and awareness. Stay well-informed with the industry's advancements and the emerging marketing technologies. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related fields. Fluent in English and professional working level or above in Mandarin Chinese. Open to frequent travel to conferences, events, and different office locations if necessary. Minimum 8 years of proven experience leading and driving strategic marketing initiatives at a regional or global level. Strong track record in the successful planning and execution of crypto marketing activities. Proven leadership skills are a must, and prior experience scaling or building teams from the ground up is highly preferred. Ability to think outside the box and work independently. Familiarity with market and revenue analysis tools and methods, with strong data analysis capabilities. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Strong industry resources and negotiation skills are a plus.
