Associate Manager – Sports & Recreation, Discovery Bay Recreation Club (5 days work)
Be among the first 25 applicants Manage the Sports & Recreation team in different areas including business planning, venue and equipment readiness planning, staff training and programme development Propose, plan and oversee the project management of renovation projects, facilities installation & enhancement, liaise with various stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation Oversee and ensure safe, effective and efficient operation of Sports & Recreation Facilities Prepare and analyze the business report and provide strategic plans for club development Explore any cooperation opportunities with the potential sports development in the club, recruit service providers and prepare the related service agreement Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by management Requirements: Degree holder in Sports & Recreation, Facilities management or equivalent Minimum 8 years relevant work experience, with 5 years supervisory experience Strong leadership with excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills Creative, highly motivated and responsible Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin Working Location:
