Handle and prioritize user requests for hardware, software, and networking issues.
Diagnose and resolve routine problems; escalate complex issues.
Use Service Now for logging and tracking calls.
Analyze incident reports and recommend improvements.
Coordinate with vendors for defective products.
Test software/hardware for usability.
Maintain knowledge base records.
Perform preventative maintenance and equipment repair.
Train users on software/hardware.
Install and image personal computers and peripherals.
Manage IT assets and spare equipment.
Troubleshoot handheld scanners, peripherals, and printers.
Stay updated with industry developments.
Experience:
Microsoft Windows OS (10+), Office 365, One Drive, Teams.
Windows troubleshooting, networking fundamentals, security (MFA, GPO, antivirus).
Remote support tools (Admin share, RDP, remote registry).
Desired: Windows scripting, VOIP experience.
Additional Requirements:
Strong interpersonal skills.
Support production systems outside business hours.
Other duties as assigned.
Education:
BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
