Overview This leading corporate bank is seeking to hire a
Head of Cash Sales, Transaction Banking
to drive revenue for the bank and provide Transaction Banking solutions to corporate banking clients and lead the way in sales activities including planning and setting business strategy for the department. Role Responsibilities Lead the sales team to achieve the financial target and maintain the sound organization to support the Head of Global Transaction Banking and regional senior management. Pitch and sell customised cash management related solutions to existing and prospective Large Corporate customers. Following the Transaction Banking department's marketing strategy to create, implement and regularly review marketing plan to achieve Transaction banking profit target and related KPIs. Develop, enhance and maintain business relationship key Corporate Clients in Hong Kong and other regions, including regional/cross-border deal aspect. Work closely with Corporate Banking and lead all Transaction Banking Cash Management business promotion and building a strong business pipeline. Lead and manage Sales teams through demonstrating high standard and quality of performance and sharing the skills and knowledge of Transaction banking Cash Management including regional/cross-border deals. Proactively improve customer experience and service delivery to clients. Requirements 15+ years Transaction Banking Cash Sales experience to Large corporates. Excellent knowledge of cash and liquidity management solutions with proven work track record in reputable Corporate Banks. Strong Academics from a reputable University. Strong team player. A self-starter with strong interpersonal and networking skills. Strong presentation and communication skills with good spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
