Conduct customer analysis to provide insight support throughout the entire campaign process including pre-campaign analysis, segment recommendation and post-campaign evaluation; Design, develop and manage ad-hoc and regular customer reports to support CRM initiatives; Support ad-hoc analytical project to provide customer insight and recommendation; Identify and drive efficiency of regular tasks through automation and streamlining of processes; Manage data capture process to enrich customer data and ensure quality; Manage CRM platform, identify improvements and conduct UAT; Provide support in CRM events. Job Requirements
University Degree in Marketing, Information System, Mathematics, computing or a related discipline; Practical experience in database marketing, customer segmentation and customer analysis; Strong analytical mind with good report writing skills, and able to transform data into actionable insights; Hands-on experience in SQL; Experienced in Microsoft Dynamics and Tableau is an absolute advantage; Good understanding of CRM system, Campaign management system and data warehousing; Strong commitment in taking new challenges and self-motivation; Good communication, analytical and project management skills; Proficiency in both English and Chinese.
