Associate Engineer (B&A Maintenance / Event Engineer Support)

Support tender preparation, tender analysis, contract administration for seasonal event projects and maintenance term contracts as well as rehab projects.
Coordination and provide engineering solutions and supervision for in-house technicians and term contractors' day-to-day corrective/preventive maintenance of building, architectural, and artistic elements (including furniture, paints, graphic, signage, props, decorations, etc.) to meet the safety, functional, and show quality standards.
Support Sign Shop signage production, installation, and daily operation.
Compile maintenance data for assets reliability and maintenance efficiency analysis by using computer-aid systems (e.g., Maximo, FCS, Business Objects, etc.).
Support planning and control for the materials, tools, and workshops to facilitate routine maintenance.
Support Subject Matter Experts (SME)/On The Job (OJT) trainers to develop and refine the training materials and conduct training.
Requirements At least a High Certificate in Building-related Studies, Civil Engineering, Scenic Art, or other related disciplines.
Minimum 1 year of experience is preferred; fresh graduates will be considered.
Knowledge of construction, occupational safety, and other statutory requirements for maintenance and construction projects.
Good communication and interpersonal skills with a positive attitude.
Strong technical know-how and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of statutory requirements and Disney’s standards for maintenance and project management.
Strong technical know-how with solid experience to facilitate the quality control and maintenance aspects.
