Specialist I, Realtime Operations, Hong Kong (Shift Work HK$17-21K)

This role will focus on daily operations to manage marketplace efficiency for last mile deliveries. We connect businesses to a fleet of independent delivery agents including walkers, scooters, vans, and trucks to deliver anything, anytime, anywhere at a fraction of the cost. About The Role: Daily Operations: Execute and monitor daily delivery operations as well as communicate and solve any escalations with merchants and our delivery agents. Driver Communications: Deliver accurate & complete information to our delivery agents by answering any inbound enquiries in a timely & empathetic manner. Quality Control: Maintain and enhance the quality of delivery services provided by our delivery agents. Crisis Management: Resolve any issues faced by our delivery agents promptly with necessary follow-ups to ensure absolute resolution. Ad-hoc Site Visit: Random site visits to operations ground 20% of the time. Ensure proper operations guidelines are followed by our delivery agents. Shift Work: Around 50 hours per week, including public holidays, weekday night and weekend shifts on rotation among the team with extra allowance. Requirements: Higher Diploma or above. Minimum 1 year of working experience in operations, customer service, sales, or administrative department. Experience in working with computers. Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheet is a must. Ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment. Natural passion for helping others and creating experiences that exceed customers’ expectations. Top-notch problem-solving and hustle skills. Strong communication skills in collaborating with internal and external parties. Ability to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays. Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
