Act as a HR Business Partner to provide diverse HR services to the designated business unit based on their business needs covering talent recruitment, remuneration, benefits, incentive plan review, and performance management. Key personnel responsible for talent acquisition of assigned business units. Facilitate international assignment tasks and manage assignee profiles globally. Identify and implement HR best practices globally. Review, establish, and implement various global HR policies and procedures for employee handbooks. Source and recommend external service providers on talent acquisition and HR compliance services in designated countries for management review. Lead/participate in HR projects, including talent development, employee satisfaction review & enhancement, and any projects related to HR operations. Support the team's daily operations and ad-hoc tasks when required. Job Requirements
Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline. Minimum 3 years' relevant HR experience gained from sizable organizations. Prior experience working on regional HR assignments. Experience in acting as HRBP or overseas talent acquisition is an advantage. Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing. Humble, customer-focused, result-driven, and always willing to learn/help/take ownership. Able to work under tight deadlines and in a dynamic environment. Active team player with strong interpersonal skills. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese; proficiency in Mandarin is a MUST. Immediately available is highly preferred.
