Key Responsibilities: Verify or discuss with team lead/business analyst and/or end users to understand user requirements (URS). Discuss or walkthrough with system analysts or IT on the user & functional requirements (FRS). Prepare and review test scope, scenarios, and test cases. Prepare test data for test execution in UAT. Execute test cases in UAT environment. Coordinate and arrange UAT for end users (if necessary). Analyze test results and interact with IT on the testing results. Identify and document test defects, track their resolution, and provide feedback to the development team to improve the quality of the system. Perform health check after the program implementation. Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Team Manager.
Preferred Skills: Excellent analytical, logical, and organizational skills. Attention to detail. Ability to work independently and under pressure. Proficiency in MS Word and Excel. Skills in Access or other programming languages are preferable. Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
Qualifications: University graduate or bachelor's degree with 1-2 years of relevant experience in the insurance or banking industry.
