Develop and execute segment-specific marketing strategies and campaigns / comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive lead generation Drive the development, implementation, evaluation and optimization of our marketing (multi-channel) communication towards the key customers Collaborate with sales, product and content teams to create tailored marketing materials and campaigns Manage and optimize campaigns across various digital platforms, including SEM, SEO, email marketing, and social media Manage the marketing budget and ensure effective allocation of resources Monitor and analyze digital campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results The Person
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management or related field With at least 8 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B or technology sectors Proven track record of successful campaign development and execution Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions. Excellent communication and project management abilities Easily interact with diverse stakeholders; combine a strong team spirit with the sense of autonomy Detail-oriented with good organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills Good communication skills in both Chinese and English Securities Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with FUJIFILM Business Innovation Information Security Rule, Policies and procedures at all time. Responsible for maintaining security of all FUJIFILM Business Innovation information entrusted to and not limiting to proper classification & handling of FUJIFILM Business Innovation documents and records. Complete Information Security training and awareness program on regular basis and possess enough knowledge to adhere to FUJIFILM Business Innovation Information Security requirements. Responsible for identifying, reporting and complying with Information Security Incident & Reporting Procedure. Failing to comply with the security policies could be subject to disciplinary action, potentially including termination of employment or contract and/or prosecution. Benefits
