Key Responsibilities In this role, you will be instrumental in driving client development and exploring new market opportunities to meet ambitious growth objectives. You will collaborate with various teams across the organization to enhance synergy and efficiency, manage project resources, and oversee both private and government initiatives. Leading project teams through design, procurement, and contract administration phases will be crucial, as will nurturing client relationships throughout the project lifecycle. Additionally, you will focus on building in-house capabilities to stay ahead of advancements in sustainability and technology. Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture. Authorized Person (Architect) and HKIA At least 25-30 years of post-qualification experience, particularly in residential and commercial design Proven ability to conceptualize, execute and present innovative design solutions Familiarity with local regulations and construction practices Self-motivated and capable of working independently while delivering high-quality results. Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese Data collected will be used for recruitment purposes only.
