Your new role Manage and oversee model risk processes to ensure accuracy and compliance. Develop and implement strategies to mitigate model risk. Monitor and analyse model performance and provide regular reports to senior management. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with model risk processes.
What you'll need to succeed Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Sciences, Financial Engineering, or a related field. At least 4 years of experience in model risk management within the banking or financial services industry. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Proficiency in model risk management tools and practices.
