Our client is one of the largest IT consultancies in the world with strong innovation and cutting-edge technology. They are looking for an experienced Network Engineer with CCIE certification to join their network team in HK. Job Duties
Oversee the network infrastructure, identifying and resolving network issues as they arise Develop and implement effective solutions to address and mitigate network-related problems Provide 2nd level technical support for complex network issues Coordinate with first-level technical support teams to manage escalated issues Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners Maintain thorough documentation of network configurations, inventory, changes, and procedures Respond promptly to network emergencies and outages Job Requirements
5 to 10 years of work experience as a network engineer with 2+ years of managerial experience Certification of
CCIE
is required; HCIE / CCNP / HCIP would be an advantage In-depth understanding of network protocols, routing, and switching Practical experience with network monitoring and diagnostic tools Proficient in working with network hardware, such as routers, switches, and firewalls Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting Flexibility to work outside regular office hours including midnight schedules to accommodate customers' requirements Seniority Level
