You will require the following qualifications and skills Bachelor’s degree (field of study is flexible, but a degree is required). 8+ years of experience in instructional design and organizational development, with a proven track record of developing high-quality learning programs. Proficiency in developing training materials, including slides, guides, and e-learning modules. Experience in designing and delivering product training programs, particularly for sales teams, is highly desired. Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences. Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies. Experience in the insurance industry is a strong asset. Experience with online course development tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, or similar) is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
