In this position you will… ...lead the design and development of innovative, engaging learning experiences that drive employee performance and organizational success. Manage the creation of impactful training programs, leveraging modern instructional design principles and technologies to meet business needs. You will be responsible for… Conducting needs assessments to identify learning gaps and define clear training objectives. Designing and developing training materials, including slides, instructor guides, participant workbooks, and interactive e-learning modules. Developing multimedia content, such as videos, simulations, and graphics, to enhance learning experiences. Creating assessments and evaluation tools to measure learning outcomes and program effectiveness. Delivering training sessions, both in-person and virtually, ensuring high levels of engagement and knowledge transfer. Leading and organizing product training sessions, ensuring employees are well-versed in product features, benefits, and compliance requirements. Collaborating with subject matter experts to identify training needs and create tailored learning solutions. Delivering other organizational development programs as needed, supporting broader employee and leadership development initiatives. Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, and making improvements as needed. You will require the following qualifications and skills Bachelor’s degree (field of study is flexible, but a degree is required). 8+ years of experience in instructional design and organizational development, with a proven track record of developing high-quality learning programs. Proficiency in developing training materials, including slides, guides, and e-learning modules. Experience in designing and delivering product training programs, particularly for sales teams, is highly desired. Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences. Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies. Experience in the insurance industry is a strong asset. Experience with online course development tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, or similar) is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
