Engineering Lead
to drive the development and optimization of their high-performance
trading platform and order management system (OMS)

Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and enhancement of the trading platform and order management system with a focus on low-latency, high-throughput performance. Architect and optimize order routing, execution algorithms, risk management tools, and trade lifecycle processes. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Drive system reliability, scalability, and performance improvements, ensuring seamless integration with various market data providers and liquidity sources. Implement real-time monitoring, failover mechanisms, and risk controls to maintain system integrity. Lead and mentor an engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and best practices. Stay ahead of industry trends, continuously evaluating new technologies and architectures to enhance the trading infrastructure. Requirements: 7+ years of hands-on software engineering experience in developing high-performance trading platforms or order management systems. Proficiency in C++, Java, or Rust, with a strong understanding of low-latency, multi-threaded architectures. Solid experience in FIX protocol, market data feeds, and trade execution workflows. Deep understanding of market microstructure, order matching, and risk management systems. Prior leadership experience, with the ability to mentor engineers and drive technical decisions.
