The Campaign Manager/Senior Officer will be responsible for developing and executing strategic communication campaigns to raise awareness about indoor air quality (IAQ) issues. This role involves managing publicity campaigns, overseeing studies and case studies, data collection and analysis, and engaging with stakeholders from various sectors. The Campaign Manager/Officer will play a key role in driving CAN’s mission by ensuring that key messages reach target audiences effectively. Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Development and Execution:
Develop and implement strategic communication campaigns to raise awareness about IAQ issues. Create key messages and content for campaigns, including graphics, videos, and written materials. Manage social media and other digital platforms to drive traffic and engagement. Coordinate with external agencies and partners to ensure successful campaign delivery. Stakeholder Engagement:
Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders from education, social welfare, health, and business sectors. Organize and manage awareness events, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment on campaign goals and messaging. Data Collection and Analysis:
Oversee the collection and analysis of data related to IAQ issues. Work with researchers and consultants to develop case studies and reports. Use data insights to refine campaign strategies and improve outreach effectiveness. Advocacy and Policy Support:
Support the development of policy recommendations based on campaign findings. Engage with policymakers and influencers to advocate for IAQ improvements. Represent CAN at public events, conferences, and meetings to promote IAQ awareness. Monitoring and Evaluation:
Track and report on the progress and impact of campaigns. Conduct surveys and gather feedback from target audiences to measure campaign effectiveness. Prepare regular reports for internal and external stakeholders. Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Environmental Science, or a related field. Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in campaign management, communications, or public relations. Experience in managing social media campaigns and digital marketing. Experience in stakeholder engagement and working with diverse sectors (e.g., education, health, business) is a plus. Knowledge of environmental issues, particularly air quality, is highly desirable. Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin). Excellent organizational and project management skills. Ability to analyze data and translate findings into actionable insights. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams. Personal Attributes:
Passion for environmental and public health issues. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Willingness to take initiative and drive projects to completion. Application:
