About the Role We are looking for a Head of Business Development to drive strategic growth across APAC, North America, EU, and international markets. This role involves end-to-end business development, including direct sales, channel partnerships, and key account management. You will play a critical role in driving revenue, shaping go-to-market strategies, and delivering market insights to influence product development. Key Responsibilities Lead Regional & International Expansion: Drive market penetration, develop key accounts, and build high-impact partnerships to exceed sales targets. Master Technical Sales: Develop expertise in eSIM, IoT connectivity, and API-based solutions to manage lead generation, contract negotiations, and bid management. Drive Business Validation & Growth: Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and MVP testing to explore new revenue opportunities. Accelerate Deal Closures: Develop compelling sales collateral and provide technical pre-sales support to speed up the sales cycle. Bridge Customer Needs & Product Development: Work closely with R&D teams to translate market feedback into product improvements. Who You Are Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). Fluent in both Chinese (Mandarin) and English, with strong business communication skills in both languages. 5+ years in B2B sales within IoT, Telecom, or Cloud industries. Strong technical literacy to articulate API architectures, IoT protocols (MQTT, CoAP), and cloud-based connectivity solutions. Experience working with Chinese and Southeast Asian markets, with a deep understanding of business culture and negotiation tactics. Resilient and entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Willingness to travel 40%+ (domestically & internationally). Preferred Qualifications: Multinational business exposure or experience working with global enterprises. Experience in scaling startups from 0→1 in SaaS or hardtech sectors. Certifications such as PMP, CBAP, and AWS/GCP Cloud Credentials are a plus. Proven track record of managing $5M+ accounts. Why Join Us?
