Our client, a Financial Institution, is looking for a high-caliber person to fill the position. Job Duties Maintaining and developing the compliance program/policies (SFC). Conducting AML/CFT sanctions-related tasks. Providing compliance advice to the business. Compliance monitoring and liaising with regulators. Handling FATCA, QI, and CRS issues and liaising with regulators on compliance-related issues. Supporting ad hoc requests from the business and senior management. Job Requirements Degree or above with a major in Finance, Accounting, Risk, or Law. Minimum 5 years of experience in compliance, preferably in RA9 business. Fluent spoken and written English and Mandarin. Familiarity with the regulatory environment in the regional financial industry.
