Possess 10+ years of legal experience at a large corporate firm or experience as in-house counsel preferably in software or IT services. Extensive experience with vetting, drafting, and negotiating master service agreements, subcontractor/vendor/procurement agreements, licensing agreements, maintenance agreements, partner, reseller, and non-disclosure agreements. Experience in handling overseas contracts and negotiating high-value deal contracts with customers, vendors, service providers, etc. Well versed in both Mainland China and Hong Kong commercial, employment, and corporate laws. The candidate must possess excellent oral and written communication skills in both English & Mandarin Chinese and be able to translate legal documents from Mandarin to English and vice versa. Possess strong legal and business judgment, leadership skills, and the ability to work independently on a wide range of issues and projects while delivering quality work under tight timelines. Experience in working with multiple business stakeholders, including basic knowledge of tax, finance, privacy, and security aspects relating to commercial contracts. Full-time Law Graduate from a reputed college.
