Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Office Manager to join our client's office in Hong Kong with a size of 50 employees. This role is pivotal in optimizing office operations and driving business expansion by bridging senior management and cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and business-minded.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all office operations including administrative leadership to the executive assistant team, vendor management, business planning, facilities, team events and operations.
Arranging of meetings and conference calls (including coordinating all meeting logistics, developing agendas and meeting materials)
Collaborate closely with teams across APAC offices to align business objectives and ensure seamless coordination
Maintain adherence to company policies and procedures, while providing comprehensive on-site support to address employee needs
Oversee office-related projects and vendor partnerships to ensure timely delivery of equipment and services
Organize and execute corporate and internal company events as required
Requirements:
Minimum of 5-10 years of office management experience in a financial services firm, ideally within asset management, private equity, or venture capital
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or a related field is preferred
Strong understanding of financial services, particularly asset management, private equity, or venture capital, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
Fluency in Mandarin and English - Reading, Writing, Speaking, Listening all Business Level
A proactive and adaptable mindset with a strong sense of initiative
