Your new company A Well Established Regional Bank is looking for a Deputy Team Head to join their Branch Services Operations Team. Your new role Assist the Team Head with daily
branch operations and support various bank-wide activities, including customer service, account maintenance, customer information processing, cheque clearing, inward/outward payments, deposit, loan processing, and FX/MM settlement. Act as the primary contact point for
retail and corporate banking clients' enquiries and account maintenance services. Manage day-to-day tasks, focusing on resolving complex issues, transaction processing, and enhancing customer experience by interpreting policies, guidelines, or processes. Lead the implementation of new banking systems to meet the operational requirements of the team and ensure efficient transaction processing. Prepare reports and provide regional support to overseas offices for their business needs. Support administrative tasks and assist the team with ad-hoc projects or assignments. What you'll need to succeed Bachelor Degree holder in a related field 10+ years of working experience in
Retail Banking Branch Operations and Client Services within the banking industry. Corporate banking experience will be a PLUS. Good knowledge of credit/loan products, payment operations, remittance, account opening, and maintenance for Retail banking. Knowledge in system enhancement, upgrade, core banking system implementation, UAT for operations processing. Experience in client servicing will be an advantage. Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
