The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Sales teams' operations and strategies. By researching market trends and conducting competitor analysis, you will develop and implement sales strategies. Job Summary Leads and manages all day-to-day activities related to the sales function with a focus on building long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of property sales objectives. Achieves personal booking goals and makes recommendations on booking goals of direct reports. Works with sales leader to ensure understanding of sales strategy and effective implementation of this strategy for the segment. Assists with the development and implementation of promotions, both internal and external. Provides positive and aggressive leadership to ensure maximum revenue potential by executing strategic and tactical plans. Analyzes market information by using sales systems and implements strategy to achieve property’s financial room and catering goals. Keep up-to-date on the market trends, competitor developments and customer performance and explore new business opportunities. Job Requirements Degree or above in hospitality management or related disciplines. Minimum 10 years of working experience in Hotel Sales; including 5 years in a supervisory role. Strong sales negotiation, organization, leadership and communication skills. Self-motivated, aggressive, independent and customer-oriented. Fluent in spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese. Knowledge of Opera system is preferred. Seniority level
