Responsibilities
Lead a team of system analysts / developers and vendors to manage implementation projects for financial planning, budgeting and supply chain management. Engage business users to accurately compile business requirements to formulate the technical specification for new solutions. Work with business departments and IT management to align the roadmap of enterprise information systems solutions with business needs and drive technology innovations. Manage system project execution from beginning till the end to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery. Proactively identify, assess and manage project risks during the project implementation lifecycle and perform prompt escalation to project steering committee. Collaborate with a variety of internal and external stakeholders to drive changes for executing digital transformation roadmap. Manage systems upgrade, enhancement and ongoing operations of a designated set of information systems. Requirements
Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Information Systems or a related discipline. A minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience, of which 2 years should be at managerial / senior supervisory level. Proven experience in implementing large scale ERP (particularly for financial and supply chain management or Hyperion Planning), primarily with Oracle suite of products (Oracle E-Business Suite). Experience in Oracle EPM Cloud is an advantage. Strong project management, problem solving as well as stakeholder / vendor and contract management skills. Good interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Chinese (including Putonghua). Applications
