Management, Project Management Position Summary and Objective The role mainly focuses on Business Data Analysis by building robust data pipelines to support the bank’s reporting and analytics requirements. Through in-depth analysis across different spectrums of business data, identify problem points, risk points, and opportunity points, and use the data to support the bank’s internal control. Job Responsibilities: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver a spectrum of data services, including data analysis, visualization, generating insights, and data pipelining. Translate actionable insights by thoroughly studying the key risks and the data elements. Develop and enhance data management practices, data processing, and analytic workflows. Prepare and maintain technical specifications and documentation. Establish data source connections with internal stakeholders. Establish automated dashboards and reports. Perform ad-hoc tasks related to data as assigned. Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or relevant disciplines. Minimum of 5 years of experience directly related to data analysis, data science, business intelligence, MIS, and/or IT system development. Hands-on experience in implementing risk-related data solutions using computing tools for data analytic tasks (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Ability to obtain data and analyze it to identify insights and opportunities. Experience in Big Data Platform, SAS Enterprise Guide, and VBA is an advantage. Experience in coding SAS, SQL, Python, etc. is an advantage. Production experience in line or base maintenance is an advantage. Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese), both spoken and written. Back to Search Results
