Job Description Provide customer service to customers buying online Answer incoming enquiries through phone calls, email, and live chat Manage order processing cycle with other departments Assist customers and ensure they have a smooth buying journey Provide after-sales service and troubleshooting Handle complaints and provide excellent customer service Job Requirements Candidate must be eligible to work in Hong Kong Proficient in French/Polish/German/Dutch/Italian/Spanish is a must Excellent communication skills; relevant experience in customer service is a plus Past experience or knowledge in electronic products is a plus Immediate availability preferred Fresh graduates will also be considered Working hours: 10:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. (Mon-Fri)
